Refund policy

Return & Custom Order Policy – Victory Race Gear

All Victory Race Gear products are custom-made to order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

  • All custom race suits and gear are non-refundable and non-returnable
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate sizing, design details, and uploaded artwork
  • Victory Race Gear is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including but not limited to spelling, logo quality, colors, or sizing
  • No refunds will be issued for incorrect sizing once production has begun

Design & Approval

  • If a design mockup is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to review and approve all details before production
  • Once a design is approved or production has started, no changes can be made
  • Colors may vary slightly between digital mockups and final production due to material and printing differences

Production Time

  • All items are made to order and require a production period before shipping
  • Estimated production times are not guaranteed and may vary based on order volume or material availability

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at victoryracegear@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Items will not be eligible for replacement if:

  • They have been worn, used, or altered
  • The issue was caused by misuse or normal wear and tear

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact Victory Race Gear first to resolve any issues. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in being banned from future purchases.
