All products sold by Victory Race Gear are custom-made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring accuracy of all submitted details, including sizing, logos, spelling, and design preferences

2. Design Approval

If a mockup or design proof is provided:

  • You must review and approve all details before production
  • Once approved, no changes can be made
  • Victory Race Gear is not responsible for errors approved by the customer

3. Intellectual Property & Logo Use

By uploading logos, images, or artwork, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal right to use those materials
  • You grant Victory Race Gear permission to use them for production

Victory Race Gear is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-submitted artwork.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Payment must be made in full before production begins
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

5. Production & Shipping

  • All items are made to order and require production time
  • Estimated timelines are not guaranteed
  • Victory Race Gear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy.
All custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Victory Race Gear shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss of profits or data
  • Issues resulting from misuse of products

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

8. Product Use

Our products are intended for motorsports use. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product meets any required safety standards for their specific use.

Victory Race Gear makes no guarantees regarding certification unless explicitly stated.
